We purchased a building requiring a new flatroof. Didn't take to long to figure out who I was going to work with. Thru multiple business owners in the area and talking with some friends in real estate, the same name kept coming up. I gave Zach, owner, a call and booked a time to take a peak. He arrived ontime, prepared and presentable. He knew his product well and came up onto the roof to explain the process. After measurement and finalizing the details we decided to proceed with a roof replacement. A quotation was sent back within 2 days with pictures of the existing roof, new roof design and the payment schedule from start to completion. His crew that did the roof were very respectable of my property. There was no garbage left behind and the end product turned out great. Clearly, I'd be happy to do business with Watertite again. I could have done the contract on a handshake. Zacks words were few but what got promised happened and his communication was clear. I would have zero reservations in passing their name forward. During a heavy rain event, the roof leaked and one of the tenant was concerned about the leak. I called Watertite Roofing and they were on the roof to patch the leak by end of the same day. In the meantime, they did an assessment of the roof and provided a quotation within days for the replacement of the roof. Once the quotation was approved, Watertite Roofing promptly began to replace the roof the following day. The foreman on site for Watertite Roofing was considerate of intrusion to the businesses and their clients. The site foreman was approachable and made changes requested by the landlord. The work was completed in four days and before the next rainfall. Communication with the head office was always pleasant and frequent updates were provided every several days of work progress by the Operations Manager/Estimator. I was pleased with the quick response and the professional manner in which the work was completed ahead of time.
