Turns out Watertite Roofing is the best flat roofing installer in Canada, serving right here in Southern Ontario. Went to their office, and I couldn't believe the number of awards that they have received. Hall walls full of awards. Nobody gets that many awards unless you're real good. So we not only get an Award winning product to protect our commercial investment, but we get the award-winning installers to boot. The company is a family business, however they have plenty of other people to take care of your needs. Their estimate is done by Google earth and their representatives are very professional and helpful. The system they represent has an excellent 20 year warranty and provides a beautiful looking end result. Using this product is definitely a money saver when doing a flat tar and gravel roof replacement. I highly recommend them.

We hired Watertite Roofing to repair a leaking flat overhang on the front of our house that had been poorly done by another roofing company about 10 years earlier. Rot had set in and owner Zak Keyes had the solution for a permanent fix. The Optimist Club of Dunnville has worked with Watertite over the years. Recently, we contracted them to install a Duro-Last overlay roof system on the flat roof over our kitchen and back storage area. We were very pleased with the job. Great experience - everything about their roof system was well explained, price was very competitive and the work was done on schedule with a great crew - what more could you ask for?

We purchased a building requiring a new flatroof. Didn't take to long to figure out who I was going to work with. Thru multiple business owners in the area and talking with some friends in real estate, the same name kept coming up. I gave Zach, owner, a call and booked a time to take a peak. He arrived ontime, prepared and presentable. He knew his product well and came up onto the roof to explain the process. After measurement and finalizing the details we decided to proceed with a roof replacement. A quotation was sent back within 2 days with pictures of the existing roof, new roof design and the payment schedule from start to completion. His crew that did the roof were very respectable of my property. There was no garbage left behind and the end product turned out great. Clearly, I'd be happy to do business with Watertite again. I could have done the contract on a handshake. Zacks words were few but what got promised happened and his communication was clear. I would have zero reservations in passing their name forward.
